Description of Service

Vet Launcher is an AI-powered mobile application that helps US military veterans transition to civilian careers. Features include resume translation, career matching, interview prep, transition timelines, benefits checklists and personal statement writing.

Not Government Affiliated

Vet Launcher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, or any branch of the U.S. military. All information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered official government guidance.

Subscription and Payments

Free features are available at no cost. Pro subscription is available at $6.99/month or $49.99/year. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds follow the respective store's refund policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Do not rely solely on Vet Launcher for legal, medical or financial decisions. Always verify benefits information with official VA sources at va.gov.

Intellectual Property

All content, design and AI models in Vet Launcher are owned by King-Chi Ltd. You may use outputs generated by the application for your personal career transition purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Vet Launcher is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Career matches and translations are AI-generated suggestions, not professional career counselling. King-Chi Ltd is not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
